How this personal joint mobility journal handles data.

This website is personal experience only and not medical advice. Please do not send medical details in the contact form.

This Privacy Policy explains how Khauv Borba, Herestraat 93, 9711 LD Groningen, Netherlands, handles personal data connected with this website. The site is a personal blog about my personal practice, my observations, and what I do around gentle gymnastics, joint mobility exercises, and everyday nutrition notes. It is not a clinic, a regulated advisory service, or a professional movement service.

Information you send

If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and message. I use that information to read your message, reply when appropriate, and keep ordinary correspondence about the blog, digital archive, diary layout conversation, or monthly notebook prompts. I do not sell contact-form details.

The form is not intended for medical details, urgent matters, or private information that should be handled by a qualified professional. If a message contains material outside the purpose of this personal journal, I may delete it or reply only with a reminder of the site's limits.

Technical data

A web server may process ordinary technical data such as requested pages, browser type, approximate visit time, referring page, and IP address. This data helps operate the website, review basic traffic patterns, and prevent misuse. It is not used to create medical conclusions or personal movement profiles.

GDPR Article 6 lawful bases

Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on these GDPR Article 6 bases:

Google Maps and external resources

The main page includes a Google Maps iframe for the correspondence address. The website also loads Google Fonts and Font Awesome from their content delivery networks. Those providers may process technical data according to their own privacy materials. You may use the written address instead of interacting with the map.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, administrative reference, or lawful record needs. Routine messages may be removed when they no longer serve those purposes. If applicable law requires a specific retention period, that legal period may be followed.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Requests can be sent through the contact route on the main page, with enough detail to identify the relevant message.

Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens

If you are in the Netherlands and have concerns about personal data handling, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Children should not use the contact form without involvement from a parent or guardian.

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, contact process, or legal needs change. The version on this page is the version that applies when you read it.
